Rivet
Kind of goods
There are two types of rivets, "3.0 mm diameter and 5.0 mm diameter" in the shaft diameter.
The type of rivet is "appearance shape" "inner diameter shape" is the main element.
By selectively using this element and the base material, we will fully demonstrate the many features of JOISPND.
There are other materials such as "material" and "surface coating".
If we can supply sample material, we will test and decide the optimum rivet.
Selection of rivets
Selection of rivets is determined by "elemental material, thickness of base material", "appearance at the time of joining", and so on.

TOKAI JOISPND SPR Features of hydraulic contorol system
Small size and high performance. Easy to operation from manual operation to automation.
- Hydraulic system is compact and easy to operate SPR device.
- In the DAS series, rivets attached to the belt are wound around a spool and are automatically fed by a cylinder system.
- For the DAF series, line up the scatterd random rivets with feeders, and automatically feed the inside of the feed tube to the tool with pneumatic pressure.
- In addition to manual operation, DAS and DAF series can be automated by incorporating them in jigs and robots.
